Annick Germain is a research fellow at the IRPP, providing advice on the Diversity, Immigration and Integration research program, which investigates the labour market integration of immigrants. She is a professor/researcher at theInstitut national de la recherche scientifique, Centre Urbanisation Culture Société, where she teaches urban studies. She is also president of the Centre Métropolis du Québec-Immigration et Métropoles. The author of many articles and books on Montreal, she is particularly interested in immigrant areas and the city’s management of diversity, including religion.
