Robert Wolfe is a professor emeritus at the School of Policy Studies, Queen’s University, where he is the lead director of the Annual Queen’s Institute on Trade Policy. He is affiliated with the International Trade Observatory of the Global Governance Programme at the European University Institute in Italy. Prior to working in academia, Wolfe worked in the foreign service for the Canadian government, serving abroad in Bangladesh and in the Canadian delegation to the OECD.
